Meet Coach Juanita Clarke

Hi, I am Juanita!
With an early love of working with and saving money, I naturally found my way into banking after college. I spent 14 years as a Personal Banker, Business Banker, Private Banker (clients with at least $250,000), and then Branch Manager without feeling like I was truly helping people with their money. At least not in the way I desired.
I wanted to impact lives in a meaningful way, not just sell another checking account or bring funds from another bank to earn clients pennies on the dollar.
No matter the income level, I witnessed firsthand how little clients knew about everyday money management. Most had no idea where their money was going or how they could best use it to advance their lives. I knew with a little guidance, they could actually achieve the dreams they shared with me about their futures. They just didn’t know what they didn’t know.
My husband and I were blessed to have 3 kids in 4 years. We learned VERY quickly that blessings are expensive. Credit cards became our best friends and it didn’t take long to find ourselves in a constant (and very painful) cycle of debt, fees, and interest payments. I finally had enough and set out on a mission. Head first leap down the financial rabbit hole. What I LEARNED changed my MIND. What I DID changed my LIFE.
And the lives of the family and friends I helped along the way. I was in my element. The hard truth was —if I didn’t break the cycle, it would break me. I wasn’t about to let that happen.
My husband encouraged me to help more people by starting this business 10 years ago but I kindly informed him, “Honey, that’s not really a thing.” Who knew?
I didn’t always have it figured out, but once I did, my mission became to help as many people as I could do the same.
I love financial coaching. It’s my happy place. My most creative place. I LOVE what I do, and I know I can transform your life.
